As part of our effort to help reduce harmful emissions, we dispatch your jeans just once per week, usually on a Tuesday, which means significantly fewer unnecessary van journeys and harmful emissions. We hope you agree that the benefit to our environment is well worth the short wait for your jeans.

We offer our UK shipping at a fixed low cost of just £3.95, and completely free delivery for all UK orders over £50.00.

International shipping is at a low fixed cost of £12.50. Please select your destination at checkout.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase but if, within 14 days, you change your mind, your jeans don't quite fit, or have an unexpected defect, we want to make your refund or exchange as easy as possible.

 

Simply email us at info@denimlibrary.co.uk requesting a return and quoting the product number of your jeans. We will send you a return email with a free postage label - just repackage your jeans (ideally re-using the same recycled packaging), fix the free postage label, and drop at your local post office. We will ensure you receive your refund or exchange as quickly as possible. That’s it!
