We will send you a return email with a free postage label - just repackage your jeans (ideally re-using the same recycled packaging), fix the free postage label, and drop off at your local post office. We will ensure you recieve your refund or exchange as quickly as possible. That's it! Please do this within 14 days of receipt.

To support our promise to our planet we only dispatch our jeans once a week thereby lessening the number of unnecessary van journeys our delivery partner makes, and significantly reducing carbon emissions. Depending on the day of your order, you should receive your jeans within 3 - 9 days. We hope you agree that the short wait is worth it for the benefit to our environment. International deliveries will take a little longer.

We often hand measure our jeans to ensure our sizing is as accurate as possible, but don’t worry, if your jeans don’t fit as expected you can return them completely free of charge within 14 days. Remember Vintage jeans can often come up a little smaller! The Unpublished Tee is designed and made in the UK and sized according to British standards.
